Oskar has had extensive international exposure and management experience with some of the largest and most notable international tyre wholesale organisations in Europe. His acquired insights have made him a true tyre specialist with a deep understanding of the European marketplace. A native Dutch speaker, Oskar is also fluent in English, German and French language.

Oskar’s passion for tyres began 25 years ago at Heuver Banden, then a growing midsize company based in Holland, today the largest European distributor of Truck & OTR tyres. Over the 14 years with Heuver Oskar served at different positions most recently as the Director Wholesale. He oversaw all sales efforts of TBR and OTR tyres and played a key role in the introduction of the Aeolus brand in Europe.

In 2009 Oskar became an independent consultant, acting as a link between new manufacturers, worldwide traders and the regional tyre distributors. Oskar’s hands-on Truck and OTR tyre knowledge and understanding of the Chinese tyre industry will prove invaluable as Tyremasters undertake new initiatives to build and serve its customers.
